#Repost @annareadsbooks Just a little wrap-up for April! 🎨 I know it may not seem like a lot to some of you guys, but I’m proud to have finished two books in April! This past semester was super busy for me. Funnily enough I read two novels about high schoolers which made me wish for the days of less schoolwork! 🎨 Piper Perish was a lovely read about a teenage artist in her last year of high school and all of the anxieties and issues that can come along with senior year. This book has received some mixed reviews, but I think Kayla Cagan did a great job of embodying the voice of a teenager. 🎨 Tietam Brown is a coming-of-age novel by Mick Foley, who (if you don’t know) was a pro wrestler – although you wouldn’t know it from his writing! Tietam Brown is funny and heartbreaking all at once, an emotional roller coaster. It’s a very mature read but I would recommend it if you’re looking for something different. 🎨 What did you read in April??
