He was truly a global ambassador who showed us the world through food and how breaking bread with others was key to understanding culture, history, and humanity. Everyone is still processing the sad awful news about his death and it’s hard to even know what to say except thank you for everything you contributed to the food world and beyond and thank you for speaking out when you saw injustice and BS. 🖤
