This is my place of summer zen and I offer it to you. ☀️ 🏊♀️ My writing came easily to me only after documenting the world’s atrocities in my journal today. I’m struggling with the pain of it all. I’m not making it into content, just being honest. My writing is giving me not safety, but escapism and rebooting for a few minutes, almost like meditation, so I can carry on and figure out how to keep helping others while taking care of my own brain, heart and spirit right now. #1000wordsofsummer came at just the right time for me.
